DO I HAVE TO CREATE AN ACCOUNT TO SHOP AT LARANJINHA STORE?

No, you can place an order without registering. All you need to provide is your order billing and delivery information.

DO I HAVE ACCESS TO ALL MY ORDERS?

Yes, log-in to your account, access My Account/ My Orders anytime you want and click on Validate. You will have access to all your orders.

I FORGOT MY PASSWORD. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

You have two options to change your password:

1. Enter the Login menu, type your email address and password and click on validate. On this section, you can change your password and your email address in Data Access.

2. Select the Forgot your password? Then enter your email address and your password, click Password Recovery and you will receive a new password automatically through e-mail.
