HOW MUCH DO I PAY FOR SHIPPING COST?
Orders for international shipping will have a cost for the transportation presented at check-out, varies depending on the country of destination.
The orders for Portugal, Madeira or Azores will cost 3€ presented at check-out, for orders under €90.
These fees cover the cost of assembling and shipping the parcel: you only pay one lot of postage per order, regardless of how many parcels we send out to you.
HOW DOES DELIVERY TAKE PLACE?
Deliveries in mainland Portugal are ensured by Correos Express. International orders are handled by DHL carrier.
Depending on the destination, we expect to deliver your order within 2 to 5 working days after payment confirmation.
Deliveries in the Madeira and Azores archipelagos are ensured by CTT, through the Correio Verde service (delivery forecast: 6 to 8 working days after payment confirmation).
Your order must be signed upon delivery. We therefore suggest that you indicate a delivery address where you can expect to find someone to take the order (for example, the address of the office where you work).
We emphasize that, after two unsuccessful delivery attempts, the order will be returned to our warehouse.
WHY HASN’T MY ORDER ARRIVED YET?
If your order has not arrived by the expected delivery date, we will help you. However, before reaching us try:
- Signing into My Account to check if we have the accurate delivery address for your order and if your contact data are correct;
- Checking the tracking link via your confirmation email to view the up to date tracking;
- Confirming if you have any email from our carrier or an attempted delivery card. Your parcel may be awaiting collection at the delivery depot or you may need to arrange a redelivery;
If you still can't locate your parcel, contact us here quoting your order number. We assure a reply in 24 hours (except weekends) and will do our best to locate your parcel without delay. If your parcel cannot be found, we will arrange a replacement or a refund on the amount of the missing items.
DO I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOMS AND IMPORT CHARGES?
Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary from country to country. We suggest you to contact your local customs office for customs and import charges that may be applied to your order before placing your order, so you will not be surprised by charges you were not expecting to have.
